Sark artisans' studio map
Several of our artists and artisans have studios, and Creative Sark has brought together a handy map. Click on the map icon to view and print out, or pick up a copy from the Tourist Office for a small charge. Then simply follow the map around Sark for a great artistic tour; view or buy art and crafts at studios, restaurants and shops, and meet the artisans. We also update the artisans' map quarterly for events coming up.
The map includes L'Espace Gallery, Sark Threads weaving studio, Cheryl Tonk's silver jewellery shop, Caragh Chocolate Factory, The Gallery Stores, Lorraine's Pottery and Silver Studio, Sark Craft, Sue Williams' upholstery workshop, and La Seigneurie Gift Shop.
Some of our artisans operate from home, and exhibit and sell their work in Sark's shops, online and at craft fairs. Do get in touch to buy or commission their unique art and craft.
Knitting, jams, and chutneys
Molly's luxury Edwardian baby-jackets regularly win the Guernsey and Jersey Eisteddfods, and are an instant family heirloom. She sells at Sark craft fairs, or you can get in touch by email.
Cards and knitted toys and gloves
Betty's cheerful knitted toys and gloves are available at Lorraine's Pottery. Or get in touch by email for her hand-made cards for special occasions.
Crochet and felt
Emma-Joe is superbly creative with a crochet-hook and felt, making adorable, inventive toys and decorations. Her Sark-themed cards are a treat, and she also takes one-off commissions. Her work is available at Food Stop, or contact her on email.
Rosanne Guille MA (RCA)
Fine art in watercolour, oil and pastel
Rosanne is a Sark-born artist living and working on Guernsey. Her current art draws huge inspiration from the coastline of Guernsey, but the wildlife and landscape of Sark is always on her mind. Her work is on display at The Coach House Gallery in Guernsey, her lovely Sark cards are at Gallery Stores on Sark, and you can get in touch for commissions or workshops through her website.
